This RMA has to be clearly filled up and sent via fax at +39.0735.590538 or via e-mail to service@gemrad.com.
After technical evaluation and within 48 hours, an RMA number will assigned and sent to the point of contact above indicated.
The RMA number must be indicated on this module and merchandise can be sent only after receiving the RMA number.
A copy of the RMA correctly filled up must necessarily accompany the merchandise properly packed, that is each single component shipped. Merchandise received without the RMA will be not accepted and sent back to sender.
All the forwrdings are intended at customer's expenses, except preventively agreed. |
