Our technical and logistical support organization is a cornerstone of the quality equation. We conduct training courses for operators and technicians either at our company or, when preferred, at the customer's location. Post-delivery support typically carrier a ten-year minimum parts supply guarantee, but GEM elettronica is still standing behind its equipment after more than twenty years of field operation.
