Requests, suggestions, ideas, information, materials etc. which were sent to the e-mail addresses given in this site will not be considered confidential information or data, must not violate the rights of others and must contain correct information, valid, not violate the rights of others and true. In any case, it cannot be attributed to GEM elettronica any responsibility on the content of the messages sent by the user.

The publication of personal data of employees will only be with the consent of those concerned.

Under current rules on the processing of personal data, Legislative Decree n. 196/03 “on the protection of personal data” and Art. 13 of EU Regulation n.679/2016 (“GDPR”), the processing of data will be based on principles of fairness, legality and transparency and protection of privacy and the rights of the user.

7. At any time you have exercised your right to know what personal data are in possession of the data controller within the meaning and effect of art. 7 of D.lgs.196 / 2003 and Art.15 of GDPR (and Art. 16-21 of GDPR, where applicable):
1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. You have the right to be informed:

b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic means;

3. You have the right to:

Information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies on the website gemrad.com according to the provision No.229 dated May 8th 2014 of the Guarantor for the Protection of personal data.

Preliminary considerations
Cookies are small dimensions text strings that visited websites send to user’s terminal (normally its browser) where they are memorized to be retransmitted to the same websites at the next user’s visit.
